Privacy:

We do not share your name, address or any other contact information with any person or organization. We are a small, private, secure company that strives to give you excellent service and we will not compromise our customers' confidence by sharing their private information.

Returns:

Most products may be returned within 7 days (upon receipt) for whatever reason.  Machine-made, tufted or custom orders are non-returnable. Buyer pays for return shipping. Call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You will then need to package and prepare the item for pick-up (save all shipping materials).  Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Parcels arriving without an RMA number will be returned at buyer's expense.

Once we have received the merchandise back in the store and the rug is inspected and found to be in its original state we will then credit your card within 5 business days.
